Refund & Cancellation Policy

Requesting a refund

Our Terms of Service commit to reviewing refund requests case by case rather than a fixed refund window:

“If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our product.”

To request a refund, email raymund@mento.cloud with your account email and the reason for the request. We reply to every request and aim to respond within a few business days.

How Pro billing works

Mento Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance for each billing period. When you cancel, your subscription is scheduled to end at the close of the billing period you already paid for — you keep Pro access through that date and are not charged again after it. Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current period; see “Requesting a refund” above if you believe your situation warrants one.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel Mento Pro yourself at any time, from inside the app — no email required:

1. Sign in and open Settings from your account menu.
2. Find your subscription in the Billing section.
3. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.

You will see the date your access ends immediately after confirming. If you would rather have us cancel it for you, email raymund@mento.cloud.
